Infinite Windows maintenance packages include two or four service visits per year.
Tier 1 is a Basic Inspection. Every six months we will check the operation of your windows and doors and provide you with a detailed report outlining any additional steps you need to take to ensure your warranty remains valid.
Tier 2 is our Standard Maintenance Procedure, which includes an inspection as well as hardware maintenance and track vacuuming every three months. Aside from window washing, this is the minimum maintenance required to keep your warranty.
Tier 3 is our Elite Package. Like Tiers 1 and 2, this package includes the inspection, hardware maintenance, and track vacuuming, as well as interior and exterior window cleaning four times a year. During these visits, Infinite Windows will also check that your windows and doors are ready for Hurricane Season.
